How the HarborNavi website handles your information.

This page explains the current public data flows for the HarborNavi launch list, first-party campaign analytics, Pilot Families applications, and 15 Homes Across America. The website signup flow is separate from the planned local-first product data path.

Current launch page

/home-v6 is the current launch page. / and /home redirect there./home-v4 and /home-v5 are no-index historical comparisons; their signup forms are inactive and point visitors to the current page.

Waitlist submission

Submitting a V6 or V7 waitlist form saves the normalized email address, source and attribution fields, consent time, and operational status in the Neon Postgres waitlist_leads table. The address joins the HarborNavi waitlist immediately.

No confirmation step

HarborNavi does not require a confirmation link after submission. The form clearly states that submitting joins the waitlist and may result in HarborNavi product and Kickstarter pre-launch updates.

Subscriber connection

After the database save, the address is synced to one Resend Topic for HarborNavi Kickstarter pre-launch updates. A temporary provider failure does not remove the address from the waitlist; the sync is retried. Every campaign message includes the provider's unsubscribe control.

Operational status

Consent time, Resend contact sync, and operator-notification status are kept inwaitlist_leads.metadata. An authenticated scheduled job retries eligible integration failures and initializes the Kickstarter Topic when an override ID is not configured.

Retention and deletion

A waitlist lead remains in Neon until a deletion request is received. Emailwaitlist@harbornavi.com to request deletion. A campaign unsubscribe stops campaign delivery but does not by itself delete the Neon lead record.

Campaign email and alerts

Kickstarter updates are sent as reviewed Resend Broadcasts with the provider's unsubscribe mechanism. After submission, HarborNavi also sends an operator alert so the lead can be handled. Provider failures are retried without requiring the visitor to submit again.

Optional product research survey

After a V6 submission, HarborNavi may offer a voluntary product survey hosted by SurveyMonkey. It may ask for an age range, occupation, smart-home use, current devices, and product preferences. SurveyMonkey processes the response and related technical data under its own privacy terms; HarborNavi uses received answers for compatibility research and product priorities. Survey answers are separate from launch-list consent and are not written to this site's Neon waitlist or analytics tables. Do not provide an address, account or camera credentials, raw media, or sensitive household details. Responses are retained for the active product-research cycle and can be deleted earlier by emailing waitlist@harbornavi.com.

Campaign analytics

First-party campaign analytics records page and link events with route, session, and attribution data. A one-year, HttpOnly, same-site anonymous visitor cookie is used to count unique visitors without relying on page-view totals. Historical events without that identifier fall back to session-level counting. Email addresses, application answers, postal details, camera models, and household details are not sent as analytics event properties.

Pilot Families application

The Pilot Families form collects name, email, ZIP Code, a high-level smart-device summary, interest in the program, referral source, page route, referrer, anonymous visitor and session IDs, and UTM campaign fields. Applications are stored in Neon for selection and pilot operations and do not create a marketing subscription. Do not submit passwords, camera credentials, raw footage, a full street address, or sensitive household details. Applications that are not selected are removed within 12 months after pilot selection closes; selected-family records are retained for the active pilot and related support. An applicant may request earlier deletion through the contact address used for pilot communication. During the pilot, household camera footage, device credentials, and the private home timeline remain local to the HarborNavi device. Participants choose what feedback, vlog footage, and optional diagnostics to share.

15 Homes application

The host application is an external form. It may ask for contact details, metro area, availability, a high-level device or home-system summary, and readiness for a visit. Do not submit raw footage, camera credentials, or a full street address during initial screening. The form stays disabled until its provider, retention window, deletion-request contact, and applicant information are published on the active surface.

Product direction

HarborNavi is being designed for local-first home intelligence. The launch-list flow described here does not collect raw home video, camera credentials, or device telemetry. Material changes to these public flows should be reflected on this page before collection begins.

To stop campaign email, use the unsubscribe control in a Broadcast. To request deletion of a launch-list address, email waitlist@harbornavi.com.
